On October 24, 2023, British Columbia initiated fresh invitation rounds within the Skilled Worker – International Graduate categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP). In the targeted draw for the Tech category, BC extended 101 invitations with a minimum score of 90 points.

For the Childcare-focused draw, specifically for early childhood educators (NOC 42202), the province invited 34 candidates who scored 60 points. In the Healthcare-targeted draw, 22 invitations were issued. Additionally, the province invited a maximum of five candidates for other priority occupations (NOCs 31003, 32104).

In total, up to 162 candidates with scores ranging from 60 to 90 points received invitations. Including this draw, British Columbia has already issued 8,557 invitations in 2023.
