Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has launched new draws for candidates.

From March 4 to 10, Canada invited 2,222 young

foreigners apply for an open IEC work permit. As of March 10, 15,656 candidates were registered.

In this round there were 2 ITAs for Andorra, 234 ITAs for Australia, 1 ITA for Austria, 21 ITAs for Belgium, 11 ITAs for Costa Rica, 3 ITAs for Croatia, 33 ITAs for the Czech Republic, 12 ITAs for Denmark, 7 ITAs for Estonia , 280 ITAs for France, 184 ITAs for Germany, 16 ITAs for Greece, 9 ITAs for Hong Kong, 278 ITAs for Ireland, 84 ITAs for Italy, 199 ITAs for Japan, 195 ITAs for Korea, 24 ITAs for Lithuania, 61 ITAs for the Netherlands , 74 ITA for New Zealand, 10 ITA for Norway, 30 LED for Poland, 31 LED for Portugal, 18 LED for Slovakia, 1 LED for Slovenia, 83 LED for Spain, 13 LED for Sweden, 13 ITA for Switzerland, 8 ITA for Taiwan and 287 ITA for the United Kingdom.

In 2023, Canada issued 61,712 ITAs under the IEC program.
