In February 2022, a total of 6,160 economic immigrants were granted permanent residency in Canada through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). The majority of these newcomers, 1,225 individuals or 19.9%, settled in British Columbia. Ontario and Manitoba were the second and third most popular destinations, with 1,120 (18.2%) and 1,075 (17.5%) immigrants respectively.

- Newfoundland and Labrador: 80 (1.3%)
- Yukon: 30 (0.5%)
- Northwest Territories: 10 (0.2%)
In February 2022, Canada approved 20 PNP applications from Turkish citizens. Throughout the year 2022, a total of 10,370 PNP applications were approved by Canada.
